Most community MLOs are released under permissive terms for both private and commercial FiveM servers. Well-optimized MLOs have minimal impact, but loading many large interiors simultaneously can increase client load times and memory usage. Download the MLO resource (place it in your server’s resources folder), and add ‘ensure resource_name’ to your server.cfg. They allow server owners to create unique locations like custom police stations (hospitals), houses, nightclubs, and businesses that players can enter and interact with. Fast-food, bar, and restaurant interiors for server jobs and social roleplay. I will no longer be selling interiors they will either be completely private for the servers I dev for or they will be free on my GTA 5 Mods Account!
